Delta Group ME is seeking energetic and responsible Youth Football Referees to officiate youth league matches across the UAE. This part-time, on-site position involves promoting fair play, safety, and development for young footballers. Ideal for certified referees who enjoy working with children in a structured and positive sports environment, especially on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Officiate youth football matches in accordance with FIFA/UAE FA rules, adapted for youth formats (5-a-side, 7-a-side, 9-a-side)

• Encourage a respectful and developmental match experience

• Manage on-field conduct and resolve conflicts appropriately for youth

• Communicate clearly with coaches, players, and parents

• Track and manage game time and stoppages

• Submit brief post-match reports when necessary

• Ensure safety standards are met throughout matches

Qualifications Required:

• Certified referee (FA, grassroots, or youth-specific license preferred)

• Experience working with children or officiating youth games

• Sound knowledge of football rules for youth categories

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

• High energy, patience, and maturity

• Physically fit and available on weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Aid or child safeguarding certification

• Bilingual: English (required), Arabic or other languages (a plus)
