Cloud Plus IT is seeking a Yardi Functional Consultant / ERP Consultant to support ERP implementations, data migration, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will specialize in Yardi, SQL, and Power BI, helping businesses optimize their real estate and property management solutions. This role requires over 2 years of experience in ERP implementation and customization, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and CRM integration.
Responsibilities:
– Implement and customize ERP solutions, specializing in Yardi, SQL, and Power BI.
– Manage large-scale property data migration and integrate CRM & ERP systems.
– Provide business intelligence reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
– Optimize real estate and property management solutions for clients.
– Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
– Work independently and remotely while collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum 2 years in ERP implementation, data migration, and business intelligence.
