BENO – Luxury At Your Service is seeking a highly professional, attentive, and dynamic Yacht Stewardess for a luxury charter yacht in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hospitality expertise, impeccable service standards, and attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth yacht operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
– Provide 5-star service, anticipating guest needs and preferences.
– Serve meals and beverages with precision and elegance.
– Assist with guest activities and event planning on board.
– Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
– Maintain high cleanliness standards across cabins, common areas, and crew quarters.
– Perform daily cleaning and maintenance.
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure pristine yacht condition.
Inventory Management:
– Manage inventory of toiletries, cleaning products, and beverages.
– Assist with provisioning and stocking supplies before/during charters.
Safety & Compliance:
– Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a secure environment.
– Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
– Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience as a Stewardess in luxury yachts, private jets, or high-end hotels.
✔️ Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
✔️ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
✔️ Multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Native Russian speaker & fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔️ Professional appearance and demeanor.
✔️ Basic food and beverage service knowledge, including bartending skills.
✔️ Valid STCW certification is a plus.
