Gold’s Yacht, one of Dubai’s leading luxury yacht experience providers, is hiring Yacht Stewards/Stewardesses to join its flexible, on-call crew. This role is ideal for hospitality-driven professionals who enjoy luxury service, dynamic schedules, and working with VIP guests across various yachts. Stewards/Stewardesses will be assigned to charters based on bookings, crew rotation, and guest requirements—no fixed yacht or full-time roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve VIP guests onboard with professionalism and elegance.

• Manage dining, lounge, and bar setups throughout the charter.

• Maintain interior areas (cabins, lounges, guest zones) in immaculate condition.

• Assist with light housekeeping duties: towels, dishes, arrangements, etc.

• Coordinate with the captain and onboard crew during docking and guest movement.

• Track, monitor, and report inventory for restocking.

• Ensure guest satisfaction, collect informal feedback, and maintain service standards.

• Prepare operational and service-level reports at the end of each charter.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Fluency in Filipino (Tagalog).

• Previous hospitality experience (hotels, cruises, yachts).

• Polished, well-groomed, and guest-service oriented.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Physically fit, energetic, and able to work in dynamic conditions.

• Must be flexible and available on short notice.

• Adaptable to different yacht setups, crews, and guest expectations.

Preferred Certifications

• STCW Basic Safety Training (Highly preferred).

• Food & Hygiene Level 2 (Required for food handling).

• Hospitality / F&B certification (hotel school or equivalent preferred).

• Silver Service Training (optional but beneficial).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (for on-call schedule).

• Meals provided onboard during charters.
