Wall Street Oasis (WSO), a globally recognized finance community with 1,500+ mentors and over 1 million students worldwide, is expanding its Mentorship Program. The platform is seeking experienced finance professionals to join as WSO Mentors, offering guidance to students and young professionals preparing for competitive careers in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, consulting, and more. This is a remote, flexible, and part-time opportunity for professionals passionate about mentoring and giving back to the next generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 coaching, including mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance.

• (Optional) Lead small cohort sessions to support students through structured recruitment preparation.

• (Optional) Contribute to WSO’s content by improving financial modeling, interview prep materials, and student-facing resources.

• Provide meaningful, accurate, and actionable insights to help mentees succeed in high-stakes career paths.

Skills & Requirements

• Professional experience in highly competitive fields such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Sales & Trading, Venture Capital, Asset Management, Equity Research, Corporate Development, Real Estate Finance, or Top-tier Consulting.

• Current or previous roles such as Associate, VP, Principal, or Engagement Manager preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for mentorship.

• Ability to provide consistent and helpful feedback.

• Flexible availability for a few hours per month (or more if preferred).
