AGMC is hiring a Workshop Team Leader to oversee the performance and productivity of technicians, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to BMW Group and AGMC standards. The role requires a skilled professional with strong leadership capabilities and technical expertise in automotive aftersales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage technicians’ jobs, ensuring efficient work allocation and prioritization.

Monitor technician performance including quality, time management, and adherence to 5S standards.

Maintain compliance with service department procedures and report all warranty/modification cases.

Support complex repair diagnostics and coach technicians as needed.

Coordinate with job control for daily operations and ensure timely communication on urgent cases.

Conduct technician training needs analysis and recommend candidates for development.

Ensure proper documentation, safeguard tools, and manage inventory.

Set and achieve yearly performance goals in collaboration with management.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, including 2 years with a luxury or high-performance brand.

Technical knowledge of automotive service operations.

Experience with CDK Autoline is a plus.

Strong team leadership and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field.

Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
