GEELY UAE is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the smooth functioning and organization of workshop procedures. The role involves maximizing workshop capacity, ensuring repair quality, and driving profitability while maintaining strong customer relations. The supervisor will manage daily operations, train apprentices, and ensure customer satisfaction through superior service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage workshop procedures to achieve profitability and efficiency.

• Monitor daily targets and actual turnover for performance analysis.

• Maximize workshop capacity, manpower utilization, and repair quality.

• Coordinate apprentice training and on-job training with the training manager.

• Ensure clear communication between service reception and workshop staff.

• Prevent accidents in the workshop and maintain safety standards.

• Ensure all repairs meet QMA guidelines and GEELY procedures.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Promote the GEELY brand and maintain customer relations for business growth.

• Conduct weekly team leader meetings to discuss workshop performance.

• Continuously improve workshop efficiency and productivity through proactive planning.

• Maintain high levels of GEELY product knowledge and industry standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Workshop Supervisor in multi-brand or dealership settings.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Solid technical knowledge of workshop operations

  • Ability to drive team performance and customer satisfaction

  • Expertise in workshop safety standards and procedures

  • A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
