We are hiring skilled Wooden Flooring Installers to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for the professional installation of various wooden flooring types, ensuring precise measurements, high-quality finishes, and adherence to safety and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut wood flooring to exact dimensions using appropriate tools.

• Prepare and level subfloors for flawless and durable installation.

• Install solid hardwood, engineered wood, and laminate flooring according to best practices and manufacturer standards.

• Apply adhesives and use nail guns or flooring staplers for secure installation.

• Ensure proper expansion gaps, transitions, and finishing trims to prevent future issues.

• Inspect flooring materials before use and reject any substandard products.

• Coordinate with designers, site engineers, or contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Advise clients on floor care, maintenance, and after-installation best practices.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate or diploma in a technical field (preferred).

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in wooden flooring installation.

• Proficient with tools like saws, nail guns, tape measures, and leveling equipment.

• Experience in both residential and commercial flooring projects.

• Strong attention to detail, with high-quality finishing skills.

• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation efficiently.
