Baker Hughes, a global leader in energy technology, is seeking a Wireline Field Specialist to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing technical guidance, wireline operations expertise, and field service support for well construction and production activities. You will be responsible for logging operations, troubleshooting, data analysis, and wellsite decision-making while ensuring compliance with HSE policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Provide technical support and guidance for wireline logging and completions operations.
🔹 Maintain records and documentation for wellsite operations and logging activities.
🔹 Advise customer representatives on logging data interpretation, troubleshooting, and field decisions.
🔹 Conduct cased hole operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
🔹 Assist in workshop and wellsite completions services.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Wireline operations, logging, and completions.
• Experience in cased hole operations (preferred).
• Prior experience with Baker Hughes tools (advantageous).
• Seismic background (optional).
  ✅ Skills & Competencies:
• Strong technical expertise in wireline services.
• Ability to identify and apply appropriate products and services for different applications.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
