Marriott International, a world-leading hospitality company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join the housekeeping team at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, Dubai. As part of the Guest Environment Expert team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel, contributing directly to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of windows and public spaces throughout the hotel.

• Deliver outstanding service by assisting with guest requests and ensuring public areas are immaculate.

• Perform a variety of housekeeping duties such as stocking housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms, and maintaining the overall hotel environment.

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Remain active and on the move for extended periods (standing, sitting, walking).

• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and confidential work environment.

• Uphold Marriott’s quality standards with a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style.

• Support overall guest satisfaction by creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.

Skills and Qualifications:

• No specific academic qualifications required; prior housekeeping experience is a plus.

• Ability to perform physical activities related to cleaning and maintenance.

• Commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and flexibility.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.

• Non-management level role.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the workday.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
