MMJS Consulting is expanding its service portfolio to include Wills and Estate Planning, and we are seeking a professional, client-facing Wills & Estate Planning Services Representative to lead client engagement for this growing practice.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through wills-related processes with clarity, professionalism, and discretion. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience while coordinating with legal drafting partners and relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client-facing representative for wills and estate planning services

• Conduct client consultations and clearly explain wills structures, options, and processes

• Guide clients through onboarding, documentation, and case progression

• Coordinate with legal drafting partners, registries, and relevant authorities

• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth progression of each case

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with regulatory and internal standards

• Represent the firm professionally in all wills-related interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role (legal services, advisory, wealth management, or consulting preferred)

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Client-centric mindset with high attention to detail and organization

• Familiarity with UAE wills frameworks and estate planning processes is an advantage

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
