A leading oil field equipment manufacturing, supply, and services company is seeking experienced Well Testing Specialists and Well Testing Managers to support operations in the UAE and Kuwait. The role involves handling well testing equipment and ensuring efficient field operations in oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage well testing equipment, including separators, choke manifolds, surge tanks, multiphase flow meters (MPFM), and data acquisition systems.

• Ensure safe and efficient execution of well testing procedures.

• Coordinate with field teams to monitor well performance and collect accurate data.

• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff for technical operations.

• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards in all field operations.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of professional experience in well testing and associated equipment.

• Strong knowledge of oilfield operations, safety procedures, and testing systems.

• Experience with data acquisition systems and multiphase flow meters (MPFM).

• Ability to work in UAE and Kuwait operational environments.
