ManpowerGroup is hiring a Welding Safety Sales Specialist to join our client’s sales team in the UAE. This full-time role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with deep welding knowledge and a passion for sales. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving product adoption through hands-on demos, client education, and strategic upselling to end-users across the welding and safety equipment sector.
This position requires frequent field work, client visits, and weekly demo activity (minimum 5 per week), helping build trust and product confidence in real-world settings. 📌 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical demos of welding safety products and PPE to end-users and prospects.

Initiate new business opportunities through cold outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.

Maintain strong client relationships by providing expert consultation and after-sales support.

Identify the right customer profiles and tailor demonstrations to meet their safety and operational needs.

Deliver clear, compelling product presentations both onsite and during safety-focused events.

Keep product samples in pristine condition for all demonstrations (cleaning and spare part replacement).

Strictly adhere to safety protocols during field visits, using proper PPE at all times.

Maintain and submit weekly activity and performance reports.
📌 Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on welding or technical sales experience in welding/PPE equipment.

Welding certification (preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-
English-speaking; Arabic a plus.

Valid UAE driving license required.

Ability to work independently with a proactive, target-driven approach.

AED 10,000–12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
