Job Description:
We are seeking a Web3 Fundraising Broker to drive fundraising efforts for Obinex. In this pivotal role, you’ll source and engage with crypto-native investors, VC firms, family offices, and HNWIs who align with our mission. You will work directly with our CEO to create investor pipelines and secure funding for our Pre-Seed round.
Key Responsibilities:

Curate and present a target list of suitable investors (VCs, angels, family offices).

Pre-qualify investors based on sector fit, liquidity, and interest in Web3/crypto.

Manage warm introductions and personalized outreach (no cold outreach without value).

Share investor materials (deck, one-pager) and align expectations pre-meeting.

Prepare, moderate, and support investor meetings alongside the CEO.

Track feedback, coordinate follow-ups, and manage post-call investor engagement.

Assist with negotiation and clarification of terms, particularly around SAFE agreements.

Apply strategies to close deals faster (e.g., FOMO, urgency).
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or fundraising.

3+ years successfully closing deals with Web3/Crypto VCs and Family Offices.

Strong investor network in LATAM, Africa, and the UAE.

Proven experience working with SAFE agreement structures.

Deep knowledge of the Web3 space including CEXs, DeFi, and NFTs.

Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.

Skilled in investor positioning, warm outreach, and objection handling.

Familiarity with Notion, Pitch, Airtable, CRM tools, DocSend, etc.

Highly organized, persistent, and able to operate in high-pressure startup settings.
