This full-time remote role involves leading strategy, operations, and team building while creating innovative Web-3 solutions. Founders will benefit from a 20-week structured program, milestone tracking, bi-weekly workshops, and direct access to world-class mentors, advisors, and investors. The goal is to build and scale startups from MVP to multimillion-dollar companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative business strategies for Web-3 ventures.

• Lead all operational aspects of the startup, including team management and product execution.

• Identify opportunities in the Web-3 and blockchain ecosystem.

• Refine go-to-market strategies and ensure readiness for Demo Day.

• Collaborate with mentors, advisors, and investors to achieve business growth.

• Drive company scaling from early-stage MVP to revenue milestones ($10K, $100K, $1M MRR).

• Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Expertise in Web-3 technologies and blockchain solutions.
