The Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for reaching financial goals set for the role by achieving annual and monthly financial targets, including cross-selling and up-selling of products to new and existing clients. The role requires sourcing new business from High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, enhancing the bank’s balance sheet sales, and promoting the cross-selling of bank products. The manager will also provide a personalized portfolio service to HNW clients to develop close relationships, retain their loyalty, and maximize profitable contributions for both the client and the bank.
Key Responsibilities:

Reach and exceed financial targets, including sales and portfolio growth.

Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold clients through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.

Promote cross-selling of bank products to existing clients and ensure they are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.

Provide personalized services to the portfolio of HNW clients, aiming to develop close relationships and maximize profitability.

Minimize customer attrition and enhance market profile and awareness.

Safeguard the bank from potential loss, fraud, and ensure ethical behavior during and after sales.

Maintain a superior customer service experience for clients, proactively addressing issues and servicing needs.

Achieve revenue goals by offering a range of products and services tailored to clients’ financial needs.

Communicate with HNW clients to understand their financial needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role with a bank or financial services institution in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of selling and financial markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-
Experience in managing portfolios and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Strong networking skills and cultural sensitivity.
-
University graduate.

CISI Level 1 certification (or equivalent).

Proactive in client contact and able to anticipate client needs and issues.

Extroverted and amiable personality with a strong client-focused approach.
