Highend Studio is expanding into the holiday home rental space and is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and organized Business Developer & Manager to lead this new venture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and has a proven track record in holiday home operations, team management, and property acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

🏠 Property Acquisition & Listing

• Identify and secure new properties to add to the company’s holiday home portfolio

• Communicate effectively with property owners and negotiate partnership agreements

👥 Team & Operations Management

• Manage a team of cleaning and setup staff to ensure top-tier service

• Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs with hotel-grade service standards

🛏️ Cleaning & Quality Control

• Enforce cleaning standards and supervise linen and room setup quality

• Conduct regular inspections and implement feedback mechanisms

💻 Booking & Software Management

• Operate and manage property management systems (PMS) and booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.

• Optimize listings and maximize occupancy and revenue

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in holiday home or hospitality operations is a must

• Strong negotiation and property onboarding skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Proficient in holiday rental software platforms

• Self-motivated, organized, and quality-focused
