Al Ghurair Motors is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Warranty Manager to join their Dubai dealership under the EXEED UAE brand. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with deep knowledge of automotive warranty claims, reconciliation, and compliance to take ownership of the full warranty lifecycle while ensuring maximum reimbursement and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, reporting directly to the National Aftersales Manager (NAM).

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Warranty Operations & Compliance

• Manage the end-to-end warranty claims process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to manufacturers.

• Reconcile financial claims with manufacturer payments, identifying any variances.

• Appeal rejected claims manually and liaise with NAM for further resolution.

• Maintain a high approval rate and reduce claim rejections.

📊 Data Management & Reporting

• Analyze warranty trends and identify root causes or opportunities for cost recovery.

• Maintain accurate logs of warranty submissions, approvals, and rejections.

• Document and oversee warranty part destruction processes in compliance with policies.

• Generate detailed reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between the Manufacturer Warranty Department and the dealership’s service teams.

• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure proper documentation and justification for each claim.

• Maintain effective communication with manufacturers, Dealer Principals, and fleet clients.

• Stay current with all manufacturer warranty policies, technical bulletins, and process updates.

🛠️ Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement efficiency improvements in warranty claim workflows.

• Ensure that no unauthorized repairs are claimed under warranty.

• Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and warranty profitability.

Who You Are:

You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in automotive systems, financial processes, and warranty protocols. You’re driven by results and compliance and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in warranty management (minimum 3–5 years required).

• Experience in the automotive industry is essential.

• Minimum Diploma, though a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and software systems.

• Proficient in warranty software tools and dealership ERP systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
