Al Rostamani Trading Company, a key player in the automotive sector and the authorized distributor of Suzuki and Citroën in the UAE, is looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join their team in Dubai. This role is crucial in managing the warranty claims process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and facilitating smooth coordination between the principal manufacturer and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze warranty claims in relation to customer complaints and workshop diagnoses to validate claim justification before submission to the factory

• Review warranty evidence for claim coverage, facilitating claim acceptance and approval

• Guide Service Advisors on claims acceptance, providing feedback and addressing customer queries regarding warranty policies

• Collect, scrutinize, and submit accurate documentation to ensure timely processing of warranty claims

• Manage defective parts tagging, coding, storage, and scrapping in line with warranty guidelines

• Monitor processed claims and ensure timely receipt of payments from the factory

• Reconcile credit notes and payments, reporting any discrepancies to Finance

• Prepare and submit technical reports on product defects and service recalls to the Principal

• Maintain up-to-date policy guidelines related to warranty claims and communicate updates to relevant teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Certificate/Diploma (12 years of schooling)

• Automotive Technician Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institute

• Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Service Advisor in a reputable automobile workshop

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of the automotive service industry and workshop operations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous

• Highly organized with strong planning and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high work standards consistently
