Lamprell is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. The role requires leadership, operational expertise, and strong communication to manage goods receipt, disposal, and transport logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt and disposal.

• Ensure effective communication with other departments to resolve issues.

• Oversee inspections, audits, and client material handling.

• Manage inventory stock levels and ensure optimal stock holding.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and maintain workplace safety.

• Provide leadership in system materials control and verify stock accuracy.

• Generate system reports for warehouse activities and support leadership.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil & gas construction industry.

• Degree or Diploma is preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of warehouse operations and QC procedures.

• Ability to manage manpower and storage space efficiently.

• Experience in inventory control, stock level management, and operational planning.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to manage and resolve warehouse challenges.
