Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows, safety, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with a focus on team leadership, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Implement inventory control measures, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and streamline processes.

  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Monitor equipment and machinery performance, scheduling maintenance to prevent downtime.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics) to align warehouse operations with business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety training for staff.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles within a fast-paced environment.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred).

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.

  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, with experience managing diverse teams.

  • Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.

  • A commitment to fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
