Role Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage warehouse operations and lead the UAE delivery function. Your role includes ensuring seamless coordination between 3PL partners, sales, and internal teams. You’ll supervise frontline delivery staff, track KPIs, ensure product freshness, and handle logistics processes while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, delivery schedules, and manpower coordination.

• Generate reports on slow/non-moving inventory and ensure FEFO compliance.

• Track KPI metrics and take corrective actions for deviations.

• Monitor product freshness; handle scrapping of expired/rejected products.

• Conduct inventory reconciliation and ensure accuracy with 3PL data.

• Manage SAP data for returns and inventory adjustments.

• Coordinate daily inbound/outbound shipments with the Planning team.

• Oversee safe and compliant product destruction procedures.

• Ensure food safety and OH&S standards are consistently maintained.

• Handle incidents with proper documentation and reporting.

• Run weekly COSO to detect abnormal inventory movement.

• Liaise with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues with inventory interface.

• Monitor stock in transit and follow up for timely clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Technical studies.

• Supply Chain or Warehousing certification preferred.

• 3–4 years of warehousing experience, preferably in FMCG.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in SAP and inventory systems.

• Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
