The Warehouse Operative will assist in daily warehouse functions such as receiving, sorting, storing, packing, dispatching, inventory management, and basic equipment handling. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, label, and store goods following defined warehouse protocols.

• Inspect incoming items for damage and verify shipment accuracy.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch goods per written or verbal orders.

• Enter and maintain stock records in databases or inventory systems.

• Assist in internal material transport according to defined guidelines.

• Operate scanners and support documentation for shipments.

• Help with routing, scheduling, and dispatching pick-ups and deliveries.

• Provide basic forklift operation support under supervision.

• Maintain warehouse tools and equipment daily.

• Assist with general admin tasks related to shipment processing and payments.

• Contribute to sorting and transshipment activities within sorting centers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Vocational or technical training is preferred.

• Up to 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.

• Ability to follow procedures accurately under supervision.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety.

• Willingness to learn and operate material handling equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to teamwork.

• Familiarity with scanning devices and inventory systems is an advantage.
