Job Overview

Emirates Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Dubai. This role is key to ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely distribution of restaurant supplies. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with operational expertise to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods to support restaurant operations.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

• Develop and implement streamlined warehouse processes to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with purchasing and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

• Collaborate with restaurant managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical issues.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.

• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or foodservice sector.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development skills.

• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management software.

• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.

Salary: AED 14,000 – 17,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
