Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage the efficient tracking and communication of stock movement within the warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining optimal inventory levels by ensuring timely alerts for new arrivals, shortages, and removals of products. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with warehouse assistants to maintain organized, secure, and well-segregated stock storage practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage an alert system to notify the team of incoming products, stock shortages, and inventory removals.

• Coordinate daily with warehouse assistants to ensure proper handling, storage, and segregation of products.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through efficient data entry and management tools.

• Ensure that all stock is properly labeled, categorized, and tracked to avoid misplacement or overstocking.

• Contribute to smooth warehouse operations by supporting supply chain activities and inventory audits.
