Job Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Branch Storekeeper to efficiently manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure seamless stock replenishment and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management: Independently oversee branch warehouse operations, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and proper stock handling.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate order replenishments, and forecast demand based on sales trends.

  • Binning & Picking: Organize incoming parts in designated storage locations and accurately select items for customer orders.

  • Goods Dispatch: Ensure proper packing, shipping, and documentation for outgoing inventory.

  • Inventory System Updates: Maintain real-time records of new parts and stock locations in the inventory management system.

  • Perpetual Stock Counts: Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and prevent stock shortages.

  • Warehouse Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment while following safety regulations.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain filing systems for inventory records, shipping documents, and warehouse reports.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and report inventory discrepancies and damaged parts, collaborating with relevant teams for quick resolution.

  • Process Improvement: Work proactively to streamline warehouse processes and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Support procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: High School Diploma (minimum); Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional) are a plus.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.

  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and implement new software tools and warehouse technologies.
