Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products efficiently while maintaining high standards of organization and safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety regulations.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, helping maintain accurate stock levels, and supporting the team to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection:

Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for any damages or discrepancies.

Accurately record received products and ensure stock levels are reconciled in the system.

Maintain an organized storage system to ensure efficient stock retrieval.

Order Picking & Packing:

Accurately pick items from storage for customer orders and pack them for shipment.

Ensure that all items are properly labeled and prepared for delivery.

Quality Control:

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and address any defects.

Follow established quality control procedures to maintain product standards.

Warehouse Organization:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and effective manner.

Documentation & Shipping:

Maintain accurate records of receiving, shipping, and inventory activities.

Prepare shipping labels and required documentation for outgoing shipments.

Safety:

Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.

Ensure a safe work environment for all team members.

Collaboration:

Work as a team to ensure smooth flow of products and timely order fulfillment.

Communicate with other departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [specific weight]) using appropriate equipment.
