Job Title: Warehouse Associate 

Job Description:
We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehouse workflows, maintain product quality, and contribute to timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

• Verify quantities and report any discrepancies promptly

• Record and document received goods into the inventory system

Inventory Management:

• Maintain an organized, clearly labeled, and efficient warehouse storage system

• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurately reflected in the system

Order Picking & Packing:

• Pick items based on customer orders with high accuracy

• Pack and label products securely for shipment, following quality standards

Quality Control:

• Perform visual checks to ensure product quality before storage and dispatch

• Identify and report any defective or damaged goods

• Follow established quality control procedures

Warehouse Organization:

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-structured

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)

Documentation:

• Maintain clear and accurate records for receiving, inventory, and shipping activities

• Generate shipping labels and prepare required documentation for outbound orders

Safety & Collaboration:

• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors

• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with other departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy items using proper equipment

• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

• Forklift certification is a bonus
