Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, and dispatching goods while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment following SOPs and WMS-generated tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offload containers/truck shipments safely and efficiently.

• Verify received goods against the Purchase Order/Advance Shipment Notice (ASN).

• Perform quality inspections according to ISO and DQMP standards.

• Accurately receive goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Handle products according to company SOPs to ensure no damage or loss.

• Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse at all times.

• Perform put-away and replenishment tasks based on WMS instructions.

• Pick items as per task generated by WMS and follow standard procedures.

• Load trucks/containers accurately and on time to avoid delivery delays.

• Report any damage to products, property, or equipment to supervisors immediately.

• Operate company equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and per SOPs.

• Support company CSR initiatives and comply with related policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum high school certificate.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations.

• Must be 22 years or older.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Familiarity with WMS systems and basic warehouse tools is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
