Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Waitress to join our award-winning fine dining venue, Carbone, located at Atlantis, The Royal. You will play a key role in delivering world-class service and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and personalized service in a high-end, fast-paced dining environment

• Support your team to ensure all aspects of service meet the highest luxury standards

• Maintain full knowledge of food, beverage, and promotional menus

• Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage before service

• Respond promptly to guest concerns and escalate serious issues to management

• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety in the dining area

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waitress in a fine dining restaurant

• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
