A reputable hospitality venue in Dubai is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress/Barista to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone passionate about food service, coffee preparation, and delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience.

As a Waitress/Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. You will work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, attention to detail, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

• Accurately take and process customer orders using tills (no cash handling required).

• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.

• Maintain display areas and refrigerators by restocking items as needed.

• Assist with basic food preparation and presentation.

• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in beverage quality.

• Clear tables and ensure all areas remain clean and hygienic.

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.

• Upsell additional items such as pastries or add-ons when appropriate.

• Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies.

• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Operate and clean coffee shop equipment and tools as part of regular maintenance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress and/or barista is preferred.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and café equipment is an advantage.

• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Dubai.
