This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for a hospitality professional passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and deep product knowledge.

As a Waitress at Ballarò, you’ll deliver personalized service with warmth and efficiency, guiding guests through a curated culinary journey. You’ll ensure each dining moment — from welcome to farewell — is seamless, professional, and elevated to Hilton’s world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with personalized, timely, and professional service.

• Demonstrate detailed menu knowledge and offer thoughtful recommendations.

• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and Hilton brand service standards at all times.

• Handle guest feedback and requests with efficiency and positivity.

• Work in various restaurant shifts as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Proven commitment to high-level customer service.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Professional grooming and personal presentation.

• Flexible and adaptive to different working conditions and schedules.

Preferred:

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
