Kitopi is seeking a Waitress to join its team in Dubai. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, supporting team members, and upholding health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and present menus with recommendations when requested.

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently while maintaining service standards.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.

• Set up and prepare tables before service and maintain cleanliness during shifts.

• Clear and reset tables quickly for the next guests.

• Operate POS systems for processing payments and issuing receipts.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations at all times.

• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to ensure seamless service.

• Communicate special guest requests or dietary needs to the appropriate teams.

• Provide support to colleagues during busy service periods.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent memory and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
