Hilton is seeking a Waitress to provide exceptional guest experiences by efficiently delivering food and drinks according to proper procedures and bar regulations. This full-time, on-site role requires maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer engagement while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an efficiently operated bar shift in accordance with standards and regulations
• Ensure timely service of food and drinks to all tables
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, bar, and stores to health and hygiene standards
• Demonstrate complete awareness of food and drink menus and confidently recommend items
• Comply with Company Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, and disciplinary policies
• Maximize revenue through upselling, high customer service standards, and effective training
• Exhibit expert knowledge of beverages, including preparation and presentation
• Meet or exceed monthly drink profit margin targets

Skills Required:

• Customer service experience in a supervisory or above capacity
• Warm personality, attentive, and professionally presentable
• Ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Accountable, resilient, and committed to high levels of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
