As part of a world-renowned brand celebrated for impeccable service and luxurious experiences, you will be instrumental in creating unforgettable dining moments for guests by maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality as per hotel standards.

• Ensure compliance with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Raffles service standards.

• Develop strong knowledge of all food and beverage menus, allergens, and dietary requirements.

• Handle guest orders professionally and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

• Support colleagues across all sections of the outlet to ensure a smooth operation.

• Prepare and serve beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and cocktails.

• Perform opening, closing, and side duties, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.

• Address guests by name and recognize VIP and repeat guests to provide a personalized experience.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and report any issues to management.

• Assist in managing inventory, minimizing waste, and ensuring accurate records.

• Collaborate effectively with other departments like Housekeeping and Engineering.

• Uphold safety, hygiene, and ALL SAFE standards throughout the outlet.

• Contribute to upselling efforts to help meet departmental revenue goals.

• Maintain all logs, tracking sheets, and financial reports accurately.

• Participate actively in all training sessions and show a commitment to continuous learning.

• Be willing to assist other F&B outlets during peak periods with a positive attitude.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Studies preferred.

• Strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-presented, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Able to handle cash transactions with integrity and accuracy.

• Enthusiastic team player with a service-driven mindset.

Requirements:

• Full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage role, preferably within 5-star luxury hospitality.

• Strong understanding of service excellence standards.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
