Position Overview:
Kitopi, a leading global food tech and hospitality brand, is seeking passionate and energetic Waitresses to join their expanding front-of-house team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a flair for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring an exceptional first impression.

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve meals and drinks professionally, maintaining presentation and quality standards.

• Anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service throughout their dining experience.

• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years as a waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or café.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian is an advantage.

• Personality: Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.
