Marriott International is hiring a full-time Waiter/Waitress for The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, located on Marasi Drive. This role is key to delivering a memorable dining experience, combining excellent service with attention to detail. The position involves setting tables, serving guests, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Set tables and manage dining areas according to the highest quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

• Uphold professional appearance and behavior in line with Marriott’s standards.

• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds independently, 50 pounds with assistance), and moving over various surfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Less than 1 year of related work experience is acceptable.

• No supervisory experience required.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.
