The role involves delivering exceptional F&B service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality hospitality standards in one of Dubai’s most exclusive dining destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and escort guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
– Assist with menu inquiries and ensure smooth service flow.
– Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with bartenders and kitchen teams.
– Serve food and beverages with precision following Jumeirah standards.
– Set up tables with clean linen, cutlery, and glassware.
– Maintain clean, organized service areas and support smooth restaurant operations.
– Handle guest requests politely, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience in F&B service at a luxury property or branded restaurant.
– Proficient in English, with additional language fluency (Russian or European languages preferred).
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
– Experience working in a multi-cultural hospitality environment.
