🌸 Role Overview – KIGO Restaurant

We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join the KIGO team—a modern Japanese concept at Four Seasons DIFC. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our F&B experience, ensuring exceptional service and lasting impressions.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival

• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas

• Recommend menu items and share product knowledge with guests

• Handle guest queries, feedback, and payments professionally

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely service

• Support restaurant opening/closing duties, including stock checks

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

🎯 What You Bring

• Prior experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment (preferred, not mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest or basic knowledge in Japanese cuisine is a plus

• Ability to multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced setting

• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-centric attitude
