Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, a prestigious luxury hospitality brand known worldwide for exceptional service and iconic properties, is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join its Greek Restaurant team. Located in the heart of Dubai with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and Arabian Sea, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to a lifestyle destination that redefines hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Greek menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist and inform guests confidently.

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders while ensuring timely and attentive service that meets guests’ dietary needs and special requests.

• Provide personalized, attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold Mandarin Oriental’s brand standards.

• Efficiently operate POS systems for order processing and manage billing and cashiering procedures accurately.

• Set and clear tables maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment while managing multiple tables effectively.

• Support upselling efforts and collaborate with other outlets to create memorable guest experiences aligned with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school qualification preferred; degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally in luxury or high-volume dining environments.

• Familiarity with fine dining and casual service standards; experience with POS and cashiering systems.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and capability to maintain service flow in fast-paced settings.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
