Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the food & beverage department.

• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards in the F&B area.

• Work collaboratively with team members and department heads.

• Monitor and manage inventory and costs effectively.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Support departmental goals and initiatives.

• Chinese language skills are an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B service is essential.

• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• A can-do, team-oriented attitude.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Ability to use basic IT systems and follow SOPs.

• Creativity in solving guest concerns and enhancing their experience.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 1,600

• Average Service Charge: AED 700
