Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a cheerful and friendly attitude to create a personalized dining experience

• Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and recommend menu items and daily specials

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, including specialty dishes

• Audit all plates before serving to ensure presentation and accuracy

• Clear and clean tables after meals, reset them for the next service

• Explain dish ingredients and preparation methods when asked

• Set up tables with appropriate tableware before guests are seated

• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive, energetic attitude with a focus on customer service

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and inspire others
