Role Overview:
The Waiter/Waitress – All Day Dining will support the daily operations of the buffet-style restaurant, providing high-quality service to all guests and ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operational needs of the all-day dining restaurant.

• Deliver high-quality guest service with a welcoming and professional manner.

• Ensure smooth operations in the assigned work section.

• Consistently seek ways to enhance guest satisfaction and dining experiences.

• Interact with guests to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• Maintain a high standard of food service quality and presentation.

• Keep up-to-date with new culinary trends and offerings.

• Work flexible shifts as required.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Passion for the Food & Beverage industry, particularly buffet-style service.

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or a 5-star hotel is preferred.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new culinary trends.

• Commitment to serving food of the highest quality.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience:

• Preferred prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
