Accor is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to provide world-class hospitality service in one of Dubai’s premium locations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Sofitel standards

• Rotate across different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage division as needed

• Follow all assigned opening and closing procedures at the place of work

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area at all times

• Ensure proper stock control and minimize spoilage and wastage

• Wear the correct uniform and name tag while on duty and uphold personal grooming standards

• Foster positive relationships with team members and other departments

• Adhere to all hotel rules, including policies on Fire Safety, Hygiene, and Health regulations

• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required by supervisors and management

• Be adaptable to department needs and open to redeployment within the hotel if necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food & beverage service is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

• High level of personal presentation and hygiene

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the hotel’s standards and procedures
