Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join their team as Waiters/Waitresses. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating customers, assisting with food and beverage selection, maintaining high-quality service, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service focus, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverages in accordance with the hotel’s performance standards.

Greet and seat customers, providing them with professional, discreet, and personalized service.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to offer assistance and recommendations to guests.

Monitor the quality of food and beverages being served to ensure consistency.

Address and resolve customer complaints and queries in a satisfactory manner.
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet and ensure service equipment is properly maintained.

Prepare the service area before, during, and after service (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).

Ensure minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

Use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and contribute to revenue growth.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or vocational training in Food & Beverage.

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment.

Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).

Experience in guest service and interpersonal relations.
