Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.

• Guide guests through the menu and take food/beverage orders.

• Serve meals and drinks promptly and accurately.

• Cater to guests’ needs, including special dietary requests and refills.

• Maintain clean and organized dining areas; reset tables efficiently.

• Handle guest complaints tactfully, escalating to management if necessary.

• Follow all hygiene and service standards strictly.

• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Who They’re Looking For:

• Previous F&B service experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required.

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

• Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
