Role Overview:

The Waiter/Waitress role at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights involves providing exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable dining experience. This position requires professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized and attentive service to all guests at all times.

• Manage guest complaints efficiently and report unresolved issues to supervisors for follow-up.

• Maintain awareness of hotel activities and ensure smooth shift handovers.

• Perform opening and closing duties as per hotel standards.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.

• Monitor and minimize wastage and spoilage of food and beverage items.

• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage pairings.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance guest experience and revenue.

• Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene, and presentation.

• Work collaboratively with team members and provide full support to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or F&B operation.

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for guest service.
