Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth to ensure a memorable dining experience.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, coordinating effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly, maintaining excellent presentation standards.

• Provide in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages to assist guests.

• Upsell menu items and promote special offerings to boost guest satisfaction and sales.

• Handle cash transactions and process payments with accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with an enthusiastic and friendly approach.

• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.

• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Attention to detail in order-taking, food presentation, and cleanliness.

• Strong multitasking skills while upholding service standards.
