Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join their Club Rotana lounge team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring a luxurious and satisfying guest experience. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work in one of Dubai’s most dynamic and prestigious hospitality settings.

Role Overview:
As a Waiter/Waitress at Club Rotana, you will greet guests warmly, assist with menu selections, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and attend to special requests with professionalism. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge and handling guest feedback will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests courteously and assist with menu selections.

  • Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently.

  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly according to presentation standards.

  • Handle special dietary requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Club Rotana lounge.

  • Upsell food and beverage options where appropriate.

  • Address guest feedback and complaints professionally.

  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Team-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and terminology.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
