As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant, providing attentive guest service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with courtesy, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Present menus, provide recommendations, take orders, and handle payments accurately.

• Set up and maintain the restaurant in line with service requirements and meal settings.

• Work closely with supervisors to support daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Uphold grooming standards, uniform presentation, and professional appearance at all times.

• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally or escalate to supervisors when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of workstations and service areas.

• Ensure accurate billing and charge entries into the system.

• Participate in training sessions, departmental meetings, and team briefings.

• Adhere to company safety, hygiene, and fire regulations at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Ability to remain flexible and assist in different hotel areas when needed.
